Based on personal experience and my friends, all of whom are my age...early 50's, the majority of people smoking pot as young people wind up working their ***** off making a life and future for themselves and their families. As with any group or generation a small percentage have difficulties that they can not overcome and succumb to drugs/alcohol but most become and are productive members of society.

The view of a person growing up in the mid-60's when pot was everywhere and cost $15 to $25 for an ounce and produced "Cheech and Chong" movies.

and i really hope this thread is a joke, because if you people who are against weed are really this ignorant, YOU are a burden to society.

i personally havent smoked in almost 3 months, and before then it had been 2 months, but i have absolutely nothing against it. Every freind i know that smoked is now in college, most of which go to UT or UNT. Im not saying that i dont know any deadbeat smokers, because i do know a few that all they do is smoke. But to say that EVERYONE that smokes pot is going to hell and that we are deemed useless in society is about as stupid as those WBC fanatics. The ratio of people who participate in society to their fullest making contributions far outweighs those who do nothing for it.

oo and how does weed fund terrorism? Its not like cocaine where its grown in some other country by violent criminals....

Honestly I'm a christian, but I dont advertise it like all the pew warmers do. People realize I'm different through my actions.

People choose to smoke, people choose not to smoke. The biggest problem is when people choose not to grow out of it.

I am done arguing with people because as I said before anyone who wants help from someone who has been there before knows how to get in touch with me.

On a sad note a neighbor just told me that two local teenage kids died of a marijuana overdose last night at a local weedhouse. One was 16 and the other 17, they have not released the names of them yet due to the ages but my heart and prayers goes out to their families. I wonder if they saw any of the warning signs?

where in the bible does it say canabis is a bad thing, NOWHERE, i go to church every sunday and we look through the Bible looking for something that says we can't smoke pot. So far we have not found anything, so we fire up the 'ol bong every Sunday. Oh, and one other thing, nowhere does the Bible say anything bad about child **** on the internet. So after we get stoned we look at the latest kiddie ****. It's really a cool church. You guys should come sometime.
