Think about it. 50,000 net every year. That amount to nearly $1000 a week. With that kind of income in Michigan, I'd never have to worry about bills, or loans, or mortgages. If I needed a car, I could buy a brand new one. I could afford any vacation I wanted around the world and go quite often as far as vacations are concerned. No, it's not lavish or the lap of luxury, but I for one would love to make $50,000 a year.

I also live like 10 minutes out of charleston.....umm..i believe they were warned....it's no big secret down here that you can't skate downtown near the battery at all...everything is historic down here...plenty of signs that tell you no skatin also....anyway you look at it, they were both in the wrong...thelady was suspended

I will say you are right about the 25k thing and making it. I mean it can be done as I have done it with 1 new car and 1 newish car along with an 80000 dollar house. It was in a good area and I just sold the house for a little under 100g's not a couple months ago. My point being you can own these things, but you will be paying on them, which I see absoutley nothing wrong with. I mean hell my parents will always be paying on their house, so what! Is getting paid, right? You think just because you can pay your house off and have no bills that you are better than us, well you couldnt be more wrong. And even if you make 50g's after retirement and have a 60g at current job that is still only 111g's a year. Yes, 50k will get you buy, but you will not be able to buy everything you want nor go everywhere you want. This guy was saying he had his houses paid off and cars and what not. So if that is the case then yeah you could get by nicely off that amount. Now if you are paying on a house and have other bills along side utlities and what not then it isnt all that much. Right now with me and my fiance we are right at 60k a year and we can do stuff, but at times we struggle cause of past bills and what not and kids but we get by just fine. My point being we cant just go where ever we want or buy whatever we want. Now if everything was paid off then maybe, but it still is only 50k a year and all that you listed, you would be broke before you know it and be like dam, what the fawk was I thinking.

Some people have no idea about the aspect of money. I learned my lesson years ago and I hope you do too.
