Man, that would be tuff living like that. I mean I live in what is considered a small town of about 5000 people, lol! Yes, that is small for us and is a township. I would go nutz over there.
Hows come you live so far away from school? Why not move a little closer.

We have our own Police/Fire Dept

2 different schooling systems- Public/Private thru all grades

a gym

a college... not too shabby I might add, I go to it and its got a baddass paleontology department

A pond!.. lol

3 parks

2 stop lights... lol

restaurants...

real estate offices

video stores

mechanic shop

2 gas stations

Library

book store

The town next to us is a farming town... I hate it there... soo... country.

i thought about moving closer, but my job pays good (for the area) and lets me dictate my own hours. Plus my rent is $100 here, for a house.

I need a house for a my dogs and it would cost at least 5-6 hundred for a house closer to school.

Petersburg, WV. bout 10 miles to the nearest town, which is a one horse, then about 1 hour drive to the nearest Wallmart, local state college, etc. Faulkton still has me beat. At least we have mountains

same here for everyday living. the country is gret to visit though. i plan on going back home for one of my vacations this year. it'll be great to be back and live the "slow" life for a while.

These were taken about a block from my house. I live in the middle of nowhere. I commute 140 miles (round trip) each day for school. Can anyone beat this?

living in detroit was so much greater then up north. people are friendlier, more excitement, closer to a lot of shit, lower cost of living, etc.
