not hard if its not encrypted then they most likely use default passwords for the router. get on their network, login to the ip of the router (assigned gateway to your connection) enter the default password for that router and your in. Ive done it to people I dont like logged in and set a password and encrypted it so they couldnt get in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif also have done it to deadbeat customers that think they can get work done for free. I lock them out and make them pay me up front to fix the problem.

depends on the manufacturer. some use admin with no password some use administrator with default as a password some use no username and admin as the password.

Lots of time the default user/pass is admin/admin. Also just because its encrypted dosnt mean a whole lot, if somebody wants on and they know what there doing they can crack it within 10 min or so.
