And if you remembered the case, you would remember that france wouldn't extradite him because he faced the death penalty (wouldnt apply to Wesley). You would also remember that in 2001 they did indeed extradite Ira einhorn and he is now serving a life sentence. The us finally agreed to a new trial with no chance of death, so the french sent back.
