I know it's our job as forum members to protect other members from scammers, but it's really the mods job in the end. I'm sorry to say, but if his IP isn't banned by now, mods aren't doing their job very well.

With that said, it's not the mods fault either because buys/sellers NEED to do their research before commiting to a transaction. If they get scammed, it's nobodies fault but their own and the scammer.
