I didn't take the test. I am just posting to up my post count. I want a high post count. According to that test we all know the end justifies the means so why not?

I'm surprised noone brought up that phrase. It is the ultimate description of machiavellianism. Now we gotta get through the other 4 thinking strategies.

Let a prince, therefore, win victories and uphold his state; his methods will always be considered worthy, and everyone will praise them, because the masses are always impressed by the superficial appearance of things, and by the outcome of an enterprise."

The princes morality is framed by how well he fulfills his duty to the state! Therefore the means are potentially justified by successful implementation of his technique for politics. Taken out of the context of political gain, and the ends do not justify the means.

i got an 87.

a lot of those questions had a lot to do with my daily actions. make people carry thier own load(and maybe a little of mine), make myself look like i run a tight ship and have more production than any other crew, and try to get a higher ranking/paid job title.

I got a 74. I read the prince...and other books on power, etc. Now financial books intrigue me a lot more.
