texas may have a law that can let you kill people if they enter your house, but thinking the constitution the foundation of all laws in the country, the very reason we have this democratic system, the very reason we aren't a loose bunch of states as previously with the articles of confederation has absolutely nothing to do with this situation is plain ridiculous.
