The whole no underlying crime thing was bullshit when Clinton used it and it is bullshit now. Perjury is perjury and should be punished, as should obstruction of justice. Especially when committed by those who know and claim to enforce the law.

why couldnt he just do some nasty *** chick....there are plenty of those to go around!
I lived in Duluth Mn my entire life , n moved to san antonio about 3 months ago.. Im pretty sure he wouldnt get any nookie from anything other than a dead deer or a homeless toothless indian.. Theres a few of them skankin the town.. Wow , Duluth is finally in the news and its for this.. Sad:wow:

All you know is what the media feeds you!
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif What?? It's the right wing that owns most of the media. Case in point: Rupert Murdoch. They are the ones that can buy their way out of anything. They are the ones that are in power right now and commuting sentences to criminals. What could the "right wing" media be feeding me that contradicts you? If all I knew is what the media told me then I would agree with you. But clearly I disagree with you.

You cannot "know" that he received a fair trial. In fact, my last 5 posts are about how this was a travesty of a trial. There was NO underlying crime. How do you get convicted in an investigation of a crime that never happened!?!?
You see. This is where you're really full of shit. There was an investigation about a leak. Of course this never turned out anything but during these proceedings several questions were asked and Libby LIED on the stand about them. So basically whether NO ONE was charged with the underlying crime or not LIBBY still LIED on the stand. This isn't that hard to understand if you put your political bias aside for one minute and just think about it.

One question though: Why are you a right winger anyway?? Are you rich? Do you own a bunch of guns and you think the liberals are out to take them away?? Are you a religious finatic? Either way you clearly have your head in the sand.

Long story short. You are not going to see things my way and I am NOT going to see things your way. I work hard for a living a.k.a. a middle class working stiff. Therefore I will NEVER see things the republicans way. Therefore I agree to disagree with you until the end of time.

So...I guess I am the only one who thinks more of Bush now than before. He did the right thing for his friend...As for the country, he's been fucking it for so long I don't think he can feel anything when he sticks his dick in.

To answer your "Just one question", why am I a "right winger"? Actually I'm a conservative. There are a lot of liberal repulicans, so I'm just a republican by default. There is a lack of conservatism on the right, and a total void of conservatism in the democrat party. As for you being a middle class working stiff....I would wager that you probably make more money than I do. No I don't have my head in the sand! I used to think like you do. I was indoctrinated into your way of thinking. When I began to question certain inconsitancies, all I got was a "Just shut up and accept it as fact" kind of response. That' when I starting thinking for myself, and learned what was really going on. No, I'm not a religious fanatic, but why do you jump all the way over to thinking that someone who beleves God exists...is a fanatic. (Radical is the term most used by your side, yet Gore/Clinton/Kerry/et al claim that they believe in God. Why aren't they fanatics?)

On another related note, Let's not forget the pardons of the 16 FALN terrorists in New York. That was for the Puerto Rican vote for Hillary's Senate race. But I mean you compare all this to Scooter Libby and the former president and his wife are running around talking about how this administration is above the law?

Now, Ron Fournier, the Associated Press, he did a story on the effect of the Libby commutation. He ripped the Bush administration, but he also said this. "This commutation sends the clear signal that in this administration..." he's quoting Hillary saying this. What Fournier responds to that with was, "It was a brazen statement from a woman entangled in many Clinton White House scandals, including the final one: On his last day in office, President Clinton granted 140 pardons and 36 commutations, many of them controversial. One of those pardoned was Marc Rich, who had fled the country after being indicted for tax evasion and whose wife had donated more than $1 million to Democratic causes. Clinton's half brother, Roger, who was convicted of distributing cocaine and lobbied the White House on behalf of others, also received a pardon."

So, tell me again how Bushs' commuting Libby's sentence was so very, very wrong, and the Dems are sooooo much above all that.

So basically you are resorted to "well they did it too".... that is a pretty weak argument. No one is defending Clinton's actions. I have already said Clinton should have resigned when it became obvious he was guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice.. and scooter should have served his time.

I am consistent and you are a hypocrite. I thought that conservatives believed in taking personal responsibly for their actions, but i guess i was wrong.

reread what i said. I made no claim about what instigated the proceedings, just the sentence given.
Again why didn't Bush give a full pardon? According to his statements, because he wanted to let the decision stand. Even bush thinks he was guilty as charged and should be punished with a 250K fine and a lost law license. He just didnt want him to go to prison because he was afraid of what he might say.

When and where did I suggest that believing in God made you or anyone else a radical or finatic?? I never suggested such a thing. I'm just saying there are alot Christians in the world today or as I call them (hypochristians) that are IN FACT republicans with their life long fight against what is right and wrong. They vote based on their religious beliefs other than what is good for their well being. To me those are finatics, not radicals. The religious radicals are the ones that bomb an abortion clinic because apparently God told them that taking more lives was the only way to stop abortion. I'm pro choice. Always have been always will. Also, you suggest you used to think like me. Well, you'll never see me changing my thoughts as you have. If you make less than me and vote republican then you're cutting your own throat. But that is your business.

Ending weeks of speculation, Sony officially announced a new $499 retail price for their 60 GB Playstation 3 on Sunday, effective immediately. They also introduced a larger 80 GB model at the $599 price point, which will come packaged with the racing game Motorstorm and will be available to North American consumers this August.

"As we move into the next phase of PS3, it's important that we continue to evaluate our product line, offering consumers the technology and features that meet their growing needs for new forms of media and the way in which it is delivered," explained SCEA president and CEO Jack Tretton.

"The introduction of the 80GB PS3, the new pricing for the current 60GB model, the availability of more than 100 new software titles this fiscal year and, finally, the expansion of services for PlayStation Network, will provide even more options for users and will help bring new consumers into the PS3 fold."

The company also stated that 120 PS3 titles are slated to hit shelves before the end of the fiscal year, including third-party heavy hitters like Grand Theft Auto IV and Metal Gear Solid 4.

More information is expected to be announced at this week's E3 2007 expo.
