****IT, I hate Hyphenated-Americans, at least by that I mean the term whether it be African-American, Asian-American, Mexican-American, or whatever...I say NO...you are not, unless..you came over here YOURSELF from that other country....for instance say you came to the US from Africa and became a citizen, then you might could consider yourself African-American....I mean if we want to use those type terms, then the only real Americans are the Native-Americans. and I am both a Irish-American and English-American..why can't people just be plain Americans?...IMO no matter where YOU came from or where your ANCESTORS came from, as long as you are a citizent of the US, you are an AMERICAN...I don't care what color you are....
ok enough of my ranting now, just had to get that off my chest, if anyones offended (and I dont know why they would be) then thats just too bad, cause what I said is how I feel
