First off these jokers were the only auth viper dealer i could find to get an alarm installed. It was still a 500 mile round trip for me. When i arrived on time, i was told i had to wait for the installer to eat his lunch. I watched this fat azz waddle past me with a bag of fast food, sit down and eat for 45 minutes. There is no excuse for this. I showed up on time and ready to go, and even made the apppointment several weeks in advance. I should have left then, but didnt know where else to get a viper.

I had them install a 650hx. After the alarm was installed i asked how many times the vallet button needed to be pressed, i was told just one. Knowing that is the default option i asked them to change it, they told me that it couldnt be done. I knew this was a lie and after sitting there all afternoon waiting for them to finish i decided i could change it easy enough myself. They also told me that there was no way to make the alarm silently arm, and of course there is. They are either just lazy or stupid, and im inclined to think a whole lot of both.

Totally incompetent fools. I will never go back and i hope this might keep someone out there from even considering them for anything. As far as audio they carry eclipse, but dont stock anything but low end decks, and really push kicker for subs/amps. They seem to have very little knowledge of either. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I can relate to your story, though. There's a Dashboard Electronics here, and the one time I went in there, I wasn't impressed. Just a bunch of goons lounging around, no customer service at all.

Can anyone reccomend some class a/b amps that put out at least 500x2 @ 2 ohm or 1000 bridged to 1 channel? Im looking for some amps to compare with some of the us amp models and it seems like most everything 1000 rms or higher is all class D.

These guys make some that are 450X2 @ 2ohms and one that puts out 600X2 @ 2ohms and are both class a/b amps. They're expensive though.

My ARC Audio 2500CXL does 270x2 @ 4ohms and 525x2 @ 2ohms. Bridge it and you get 1050x1 @ 4ohms.

Its similar, but lets just say its better. It sounds similar, and its more efficent.
