Whats wrong with the white man making more money is all i wanna know. White men are the real paper chasers. All the African-American communities have is a few good rappers and a bunch of locked up "wanna-be" drug dealers.

Call that an ignorant statement but it's true. I think white people make more money because they want it and go for it. Sure you're gonna see some racially motivated pay cuts and salary caps but it's hard to make money no matter what race you are. Depending on what situation you're involved in (being black, christian, jewish, poor) you just have to find your own way around it.

Agreed. This is what I was talking about earlier. Instead of the "blame game" we should try to understand why she did not chose a career path with better pay.
