This thread's ridiculous. From a Christian standpoint, there are two reasons that it could be argued to be a sin 1) the Bible calls us to obey the laws of our land and marijuana is illegal in America 2) the Bible calls us to be sober-minded and marijuana does take away from sobriety. The second could probably be argued, I haven't studied the effects of marijuana so I don't know how much it does affect the mind. If it simply clears somebody's mind and/or helps them focus... how's it any worse than Ritalin or similar drugs in that sense? And I'm pretty sure the Bible mentions Love and redemption more often than punishing and striking sinners down.

BTW this is one of the most entertaining threads I've read in a while. Either hypocritical christians or stoners acting overly preachy... and straight up stoners battling it out. Classic.

have fun burning in hell sinners, not only do you choose to ignore Gods requests for you, decreed his temple and you choose to aid and assist terrorists and the destruction of this beautiful nation we call The United States of America.

So any time you lie, judge, or have a lustful thought... that's not a sin? Must be reading a different kind of Bible than the one I read because last I checked Christians sin too. That's the beauty of Christianity... God's undying love. Christ died for us regardless of whether we get high, we lie, we use our eyes to see unGodly things, or make believe somebody else's sins weigh more than ours. It's a religion of Love above all else. Love for friends and enemies alike. Love for neighbors and strangers. To be truly in touch with God you must feel for every soul. Can we not co-exist with people who have differing beliefs or lifestyles?

LMAO..............if you rolled one up and smoked it would probably

relax that puckered up arse hole of yours....

you make Christianity look like a cult for retards
That's what I've been thinking for years.... if you really think about it, what seperates a cult from organized religions such as Christianity?

History. Historical background is what gives organized religions credibility. And why Christianity? For me, it's because all other religions are based around what WE can do. Whereas Christianity is about what a divine being did for us, and there is left but 2 choices for us. Follow or don't.

However, modern cults (mormonism, jehovah's witness, etc.) have gained a following and are now considered and accepted as religions. I can sum it up the easiest by quoting myself "Your beliefs should define your religion, not the other way around." I believe the Bible is Truth and that makes me a Christian. I gather any minor beliefs such as views on alcohol, marijuana, pre-marital ***, etc. from my study of the Bible. I believe as a race, we need to be more open-minded. I feel God is top priority but I'm not going to shun those who don't feel that way. IDK I just feel it's pointless for people to say you're going to hell because of _______.

You people really have no shame do you? Especially Bassaddict.. i think he is probably a free-bassaddict.
You flaunt your immoral lifestyle while slapping your creator in the face. You are directly responsible for the making CHILDREN live in a toxic environment while being sexually exploited for your benefit. Then after all that, you pay terrorists to kill the children you have so callously abused and tossed away.

And you think this is something to be proud of?!
why yes actually //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
