the whole incident is almost as offensive as Kramer yelling at those polite young African Americans in the comedy club or the Rodney King beating.

A white cop would have no legitimate reason to do that to a black kid who was break dancing or stepping because those activities don't damage property! What if the skater she pushed was black? Would that make a difference to you? I'm as white as they come and I would have pushed him in the bushes also. Just before smacking him in the head for being a retard. As soon as any sort of conflict between people of different races occurs, everyone wants to file a lawsuit. I guess when some black guy cuts me off on the highway and I give him the finger that's a hate crime. Give me a break! If I run him off the road while calling him a n****r, that would be a hate crime. People suing for stupid shit like this is one of the biggest problems with this country. There are legitimate lawsuits out there, but they are definitely in the minority these days.

Blacks are always leaving their cardboard all over when they are done break'in. It creates a safety situation and many wild animals are killed when they ingest activator soaked cardboard.

Nonetheless it WOULD be a hate crime if a white cop did that to a a black child. There would probably be riots.

Lol, lets be serious Faulkton. The tape was done by two white kids indefinately, because the whole point of the tape was to have a "Demo" session. If the officer had really called them anything bad; you could bet your bottom dollar that it would be on the tape. I am black, and i'm not really trying to justify the situation. I'm just saying that if you use a little logic, everything that is being said in this thread actually makes sense. Yes, your racist jokes are funny at times. The activator soaked cardboard one in particular. But, in this situation everything is clear cut. IF there were more to the story, then it would've been on the tape.

This is sooo funny, I have done soemthing similar(not the racist part, but pushed a skater over), he was skating in front of my business, and kept going back and forth, and I got sick of it, threw the door open in front of him!!!
