I agree with that one, but the parents cant really control what kids decide to buy at school and at outings. Thats where they get hooked on that stuff.
where does a seven year old get money, and what outings does a seven year old go on without their parents?!

These kids can only eat so much at school though, especially at such a young age. I know in elementary school, you only had 3 options of what to eat. The hot lunch, peanut butter and jelly, or a salad.

100% the parents' fault and responsibilty.
But on a side note, this is probably Darwinism at its finest.
not neccesarily. the kid has medical disorders. on people that big they do not get a sensation of being full, and they have such a drive to eat they will do anything to eat. it's hard as a parent to deny a child. that kid will scream to no end to get food. the kid needs to go to a hospital and the whole family needs therapy.

she could get food from other kids, sneak food out of the house, have a friend sneak her food etc

Well, I didn't watch the whole thing nor did I even have the sound on. I sympathasize for the ones with medical disorders, thats entirely different.

But these aren't the only kids growing to be 200lbs before middle school. And if the parents truely want to make their kids happy, then they won't let them eat the **** twinky.

i watched a program about this and there is no way a normal human being can just eat that much to become that big. there has to be a disorder that allows them to be that large cause a normal person would've died or would get so full they would throw the food up. it isn't a kid that just eats too much but an actual medical disorder

I'm moreless just talking about America in general right now. But I watched something on Dateline where parents would just feed their kids whatever they wanted. Ho-ho's, a couple boxes of fruit loops, cheesy poofs, you name it, the parents had it. These kids didn't have medical conditions though. The parents were just that big of a tool. Their excuses were that the kid would start kicking, screaming and throwing a fit. If you don't know how to handle a kid that can't handle anything less than his own way, then you aren't ready to be a parent and that's all there is to it. These parents are enabling these kids to be the biggest spoiled brats ever. My family used to be friends with a set of parents like this and I will never forget why we stopped talking to them. These people were tools. They let their little 10 year old kid do whatever the hell he wanted. This kid got out of PE classes in Middle school AND high school because his father went up to the school and *****ed so many times that the kid wasn't capable of doing the work. So instead of helping the situation, they just made it all that much worse. The kid is also the biggest pain in the *** in the world. He thinks he is perfect and expects everything to conform to him because his parents did so for 16+ years and Im sure they still do.

Don't get me wrong though, I feel kind of bad for the kids. They don't have the mental capability nor the flat out knowledge to understand that everything they shove into their face will make them fat. I'm not going to lie either. I grew up as the chunky kid. I was never skinny. I probably never will be. But the thing is my parents had the common sense to not take me to McDonalds every day or give me that extra $.50 on Fridays so I could get ice cream.
