symbolic racism - while rejecting stereotypes and blatant discrimination, this form of racism involves opposition to any social policy that would enable minorities to escape their disadvantaged position in American society. They do this by denying or being unaware of the great inequality in their society, which then they do not have to face. By doing so they can maintain a myth that society is color-blind, and that race not only should not matter, but doesn't matter. Instead of admitting the inequalities found in American society, they can blame any disadvantage they see minorities suffer on the minorities themselves.

I have been subjected to uppity-*** black girls for all of my life. Walking around with gaudy clothes, over-styled hair, shitty driving, shitty attitudes, and bad breath. A strong enough majority for me to make a generalization appears to be entitled to walking to the front of lines, *****ing loudly at every chance, and yelling, "Oh, no he didn't, Shawty!" in the middle of public.

It's happened enough that I feel justified yelling, "**** you, neggar!" from my truck as often as possible, especially when a little Skynyrd is playing loud enough to offend some little niglets and their mammies.

thats right, them dam blacks need to learn to accept the quiet and subservient roles we want them to play. If they don't, then we are allowed if not obligated, to teach them a lesson about their proper place in society. I dont really think I do, I have my own personal experiences and not once in my life have I come across a situation where someone has been discriminated against because of being black. I have however, been involved in situations where minorities got favored even though I, or one of my freinds, were more qualified. I dont think I am racist, like I said, I haven't ever judged anybody based on their color and I give everybody equal treatment. I see what your saying tho, I know it goes on out there, but Ive never experienced it, and no matter what, you can't convince me that a kid with lower ACT scores, lower GPA, lower class rank, fewer extracurricular activities, yet has equal income deserves a scholarship just because he is black. Sorry, thats just how I feel.
