New glass of water for me. i can't stand the stuff when it's ice cold, let alone a few hours old and warm. If that makes me a devil worshiper, then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/satan.gif.9c6a335ed7aeeed3ee273e573f1fcaac.gif muahahahaha....lol!

 
Water often has numerous gaseous chemicals dissolved in it... For instance, some water is naturally carvbonated coming from certian underground rock formations. The well water on our farm has a slight natural (or unintentional) carbonation to it, sometimes it will bubble like a soda, especially in the winter. This might also be because our well pump is screwey.

Thus, you have bubbles which form on the sides of the glass. Also, some glasses made of polycarbonate form miniscule cracks which can harbor some air. When you fill the glass the air begins to seep out but by some property does not escape to the surface of the glass, leaving bubbles.
