long distance trade was isolated from local markets in order to protect local producers. It was only with the development of a strong centralized state, and the power it wielded, that integration was forced.
That's not entirely true...consider access to natural resources, skill sets, etc.

Could you please post colorful pictures so i am attracted to read your posts?

Or send me crayons?

found this intereting on that obama forum:"Wealth is not something that can be owned. It is something earned. If you don't want to take the time or give the effort to earn wealth, then stay poor."

now i'm not "rich" by any means but it makes sense. Man's greed and selfishness will never allow wealth to be shared. The "rich" and middle class are already paying for lower income folks..welfare & medicaid. We work hard and they sit home and make babies and take drugs. Theres always gonna be rich vs poor i think...

only possible way to have equality, wealth wise, maybe is if nothing had any materialistic value.

Plus without rich people who's gonna buy this gold leaf toilet paper i'm about to patent..lol
So we shouldn't even try to have any semblance of equality?

People should be valued on their demand, and not everyone has the same demand so why should we have equality. Should a surgeon have the same demand and equality as say a janitor? Sure stuff needs cleaned but anyone can do that, I'm not sure I could say the same about performing surgery on a dying patient. So no, in my opinion we can never achieve equality.

WVO is very scalable. Tyson chicken for example, throw out millions of lbs of chicken fat every year. You can make biodiesel out of chicken fat, or almost any triglyceride. People are just throwing it away, think outside the box from fast food grease..... its just the tip of the iceberg
lol

The US uses close to 200 billion gallons of fossil fuels (gasoline, diesel, heating oil) per year*. At the same time the US only generates about 3 billion gallons of WVO per year. Therefore WVO can only replace 1.5% of the fossil fuel used.
good luck with all that.

Hmmmm Volt + apartment with paid utilities = profit.
thats what the hell im talkin about. im in a place with paid utilities. Apartments FTW!!!
too bad you live where it doesnt get really cold. Here there are outlets in parking lots all over.. to plug in engine warmers in the winter so our massive v-8s can start when its -40.

Should we even try or just toss those poories to the wolves?

If one is not self sufficient enough to make their own money then why should we have to pay for them. I understand that jobs are hard to find right now but still....

hate to say it, but it would take a very very long time to achieve..it'll be like like trying to reinvent society..

and there's those who don't wanna be equal, they'd be rich ppl commiting ******* left and right knowing Paco is gonna get some of their money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif:crazy:

LoL get off your little *** and get a job or something you ungrateful lil shit. It says your 9 in your profile lol if thats true then you just need to learn to have respect and quit being a spoiled lil shit. The most I got growing up was a *** whippin just to be sure that I wouldnt do anything stupid while out playing in the dirt with sticks and rocks lol
good point.

I wonder how long that massive Lithium Ion battery bank lasts and how much it costs to replace..
battery packs last ????

engine powering the battery packs lasts ????

alternator lasts ????

I remember reading someone making their own ev paid about 18k in batteries which were supposed to last about 10 years.

They plan to produce 60,000 cars a year. such a small number would entail a virtually non-existent aftermarket, and even worse, a small market for replacement parts. Who is going to want to manufacture parts for a car thats rarer than a sega genesis?

Dealerships. You will have to go to the dealership for any parts. Not only will there be a small demand for parts, thus high prices and low availability, but you will have to pay dealership prices.

besides, what kind of idiot buys a new car?

inflated depreciation rates are not for the average consumer.

why buy a new car for 20k when you can buy a slightly used car for almost half the price?
