Okay, i'm that "racist" that lives in Wa state. I work with mexicans day to day...some here illegally some born here.
Now, reguarding the original topic, obviously this person did not have insurance as stated in the article. At what point is it the hospitals job to give anyone free services, with the totals adding up to 1.5million? I do realize that hospitals make a ton of money (my girls a nurse in ICU), but there's two kinds of hospitals, non-profit hospitals and profit hospitals. 1.5million is alot of charity work for a single person that will never be paying any of that amount back.
Joe and I have a family member that has worked for immigration for over 20yrs. He has told us things he has seen in this period of time, things that you don't know that happen. For example, in a Mexico government building, teaching classes on how to scam the U.S. Welfare system.
I'm not here to trash the Mexicans as a race, infact i applaud the ones who come here, work for their living and do right in the community. I do look down on the ones who come here, joining gangs, having children at 50yrs old to keep getting welfare, sell drugs, work under-the-table.
Now days the only way an illegal can be deported by the U.S. government, is if they get caught doing something illegally. And if they're doing somethign illegal they shoudn't be here, we don't need those kind of citizens and that goes for any immigrant that is wanting to come here.....we just happen to be talkin about hispanics.

Sounds like you've never been here. Have you ever seen a hispanic family, father and mother, with 8 children get out of a 08' Escalade, go into a Safeway or Fred Meyers and buy their groceries with food stamps?
