If the RIAA/MPAA was smart they would just start a media campaign making it seem like blacks and Mexicans are really the only ones pirating.

If Americans thought it was minorities who were guilty of this heinous crime, instead of white middle class suburban kids, they would be all about opening the floodgates to prisons and then throwing the key away.

Unfortunately the amount of money it would take to convince people that blacks and Mexicans can actually afford and use computers would probably cost more than they lose in piracy.
