Since i have ran both amps and currently run dd I will say this I can't wait to get back to a sundown amp as there is a big difference in sons from the 2 amps I keep playing with the dd amps but it hasn't gotten any better.

because every dd amp I've had has done rated at 10v and they stand up better to the ultra low impedance loads I run when going for loud. I was running .33 daily with my old system, the sundown would be boiling on that load. Running 12v with low loads = dd

running 1ohm and on 14v+ = sundown.

Seeing as I run under 1ohm and I know my experiences I will dispute that low ohm part all day.

go a head, I will stick with my opinion though. Seeing as your only running .5 load each amp it's a far cry from what I'd running those dd's at.

my powerbass xa3000d is running at .5 and doesn't get hot on the road probably because THEY PUT A FAN IN IT sundown u gonna have to buy a ns1 just to get an internal fan
