And I'm pretty sure God could make some 8's that rival any 18 on the market, handle 5kw each all day, and a 20kw amp to drive four of them on any stock electrical... if that was his thing... and if it was his thing he would give them all to you for free, because he LOVES you!

Trying to get a new job and I'm hopping on the sundown wagon because of this ^^^ gonna save for a refurb or used 3000d and some batts.

Nice should do nicely however if running at 1 ohm nominal I would get a saz2500 or 3500 as they do better at 1 ohm nominal but the saz3000 does better when dropped to .5

I might go with a 2500 than because even though the 3500 would give me more headroom it will also make it so I have to upgrade my electrical more. At 13.8 which I'm guessing I'll be at with the batts that 2500 will do close to 3k which is enough for my subs.

yeah I hope I can do that 150 out of the trunk in the low 30's its hard to do. Also I moved my subs much closer to my trunk lid and I believe a may have gained a little on the numbers. I will try to find a tl around here to confirm that.
