Why Monster Cable can **** my hairy balls

well i went to the store yesterday to buy some 4 gauge wiring. i was gonna use it to branch off of a distribution block that has 1/0 running to it. soooo i go to my local al and eds audio shop...look at the wire spools...only had monster cable. i take a look at the end of the wire and it looks like good old 4 gauge wiring. no biggie. so i asked how much. he said 2.50 a foot. well, it could be worse i tell my self. so i get 2 foot worth and go home. then i head out to install it in my drive way. i cut off the shielding and i see something in the wire. i spread the threads of wire out a little bit and what do i find? MAGNETIC FLUX TUBE!!! first off, WTF is it, and second of all, this shit take up a good *** chunk of where normal wire should be! oh well, **** it, i install it anyways. couple hours later i say to my self, no, i shouldnt do it half ***, go to another audio shop, pick up some stinger 4 gauge wiring. sure enough its REAL 4 gauge but it costs 3.50 a foot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif :blackeye: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif . oh well, gimme it. went home, my *** hole hurt from being ***** at the audio shop but at least i get to show you guys some comparison pics at the cost of my wasted 5 bucks...which could of bought me a carne asada burrito...but well let it slide.

first up a comparison pic to show WHY i didnt notice that the monster had that plastic rubber...whatever it is, inside it. and to show that infact, these both look the same in diameter

second, what the stinger looks like alone

and lastly, what the cool "Magnetic Flux Tube" looks like on the monster

ok gonna try and post this up. will edit if the pics are too big. btw i should mention that yes, in fact that is a pubic hair in the pictures. i told ya they can **** my hairy balls

Monster power cables are not compatible with other brand's distro block or terminals because of that plastic tube. I had to cut some wires around to fit it right to EFX distro block. It sucks!!

what? it works just fine with my stinger distribution blocks. i just dont like companies with stupid gimmicks and i like to get what i pay for.

for ****s sake he took offense to my thread showing that monster cable loves to use gimmicks to make more profit. i mean look at it. they add that stupid "magnetic flux tube" AND they use aluminum coated copper wiring. if thats not a way to sell less wire and make more money i dont know what is.

id be pissed too, but would want an answer from them even more
