ok instead of putting it in the camera mode, put it in portrait mode. then use the menu button and change the settings from "portrait" to "close up". dont use the macro function in the regular camera mode since its a lot more sensitive to changes. then just zoom a little in and the camera will focus for you mostly, and then just depress the button like you normally would for focusing, then snap the picture. should be fairly easy. i should mention im going off the top of my head since its my girlfriends camera, not mine. i dont hardly own shit. i used my sister freakin $400+ canon camera (the ones that can take those zoom lenses and all that special shit) and i couldnt even figure out how to focus. i finally did but it wasnt perfect. i like my girlfriends $150 over my sisters $400+ oneDude, I got the same camera and I can't get a close up shot worth a shit! Is it my settings or what?
do you have a little button or setting with a flower on it? That will give you close up shots!Dude, I got the same camera and I can't get a close up shot worth a shit! Is it my settings or what?
yea the macro mode works, its just sometimes it just will not focus on what your tryin to get it focus on. i foud the close up mode easier than manually using the macro mode.do you have a little button or setting with a flower on it? That will give you close up shots!
