i had some monster cable speaker wire and it had that bullshit in there.... made it a PITA to work with.

maybe contact Monster and ask them whytf theres that plastic sh!t in the wire
id be pissed too, but would want an answer from them even more

Monsters XLN micro interconects **** too. I want to know how many people besides me have had the plugs come loose on the end and eventually rip off. And there home theater wires which are supposed to fit snug practically need pliars to remove.

I actually use monster cable through out my HT setup and have not had one ioda of a problem. I probably would never use it in my car setup though as I always thought Monster cable was generally used for home, but wire is wire I suppose.
