dropping out early also shows a lack for structure in a workplace. speaking from a management point of view it means that person is more likely to attempt to go home early or not work towards the end of the day.
you obviously have never had a real job nor ever had to make any executive decisions. why would i want to allow someone a position who couldn't finish high school properly or in most cases probably couldn't pass a standardized test?
