yea.. id have to say i drive a lot. and i love my music clear and loud. love it when your chest just feels each beat.

haha on the freeways, i put tissue paper in my ears and i turn up the volume to 24. 8) i like to listen to music is when i doest disturb other people by listening to it really loud!

but of course, having a system. u gota show off at the red lights. =p

new friends is a good one, as someone mentioned earlier. when i still had my caprice wagon, some random guy was just walking by and asked me what kinda sub that was (my 05 XXX 18). ended up talking for a few minutes and told me he used to run an old school stroker. its kind of amazing the way car audio will break some racial barriers. really the only compliments ive gotten on systems were from blacks lol

Nerd time....

I like it because it's a harmonious math equation that if worked out properly you can hear the product of your efforts. Plus it's a great hobby, and gives you a sense of accomplishment when you finish putting in a full days work and nothing is broken.

Sadly, at first I liked music. Now that I've started knit picking all the little problems in my sound stage, it's almost an obsession that's taken over. I'll be cruising along blaring loud music with friends in the car, and suddenly mute it to say "God **** Midbass isn't there......Look! Listen! See that's where it's supposed to be! Wait Wait.........there! You hear that! Nothing!" They usually respond that it sounds great and I'm nuts.

Forums are a great waste of time too!

I never realized how empty music sounded without a subwoofer.
I like my music loud, not loud and distorted.

And honestly, I like the ability to be a jackass every once in awhile, when the oportune moment strikes. When that Civic pulls up with the P2's in a sealed box, it's on.
