why do i keep blowing fuses?

scratch that, my amp has 2 20's in it. so what size fuse should i put under the hood?

Is the fuse going just as soon as you put it in or does it take awhile?

Only go once you turn it up?

Make sure there is not a cut in your power line.

nope. they dont blow right away they take a day or so. i was thinking maybe my ground is coming undone? could that cause it? because i have my ground pinched between my seat and the ground and im thinking when people put weight on the seat it pulls them away frome ach and releases the ground.

well it was only temperary because my amp wasnt gonna stay there im moving both amps under the two front seats so i can get a box under my back seats if my w3's are shallow enough to fit in it.

The wire that goes from my battery to my amp has a small fuse box under the hood before it goes through my firewall and the **** thing keeps ****in blowing, i have had to swap it maybe 4 or 5 times this week and its starting to bug, any ideas why its doing this?!?!

Does that fuse match the fuse in the amp. My T1000.1bd amp has a 150amp fuse and the fuse in my distribution block is the same. Works fine

thats a sign that your amp is gonna blow soon. I would be real careful with it until you can get a new one. I blew 4 fuses in one day and the next day i didn't have an amp. You know why the fuse is thier right?

Do YOU know why the fuse is there? No. Because you didn't check to see why, you just kept replacing the little shiny thing that made a pop noise like your jack-in-the-box and changed colors from silver to black. I know to the feeble minded it looks neat, but it's not a good thing for it to spark
