Impedance Question

Is there any way to turn a 4 Ohm speaker into a 2 Ohm speaker without having to run them in parallel? I know you put in line resistors in to increase impedance is there anything similar to this to decrease it?

No, you have a 4 ohm speaker, unless its dual 4, then you can wire it to 2.
