Both Gen 2. Should be internally bridgable. If it has a "MONO" pushbutton on the end, you're good.Exactly how many different variants exist in the HCCA 250 series?
Could someone identify the specific model in the pic below ...
Thanks for clearing that up! That pic is random that came up in googleBoth Gen 2. Should be internally bridgable. If it has a "MONO" pushbutton on the end, you're good.
True, no need for high end amps here anyway !! Would I be able to run 4 speakers off this(225) with no complications... since its only a 2 channel. You will not be able to distinguish them from any other amp.
^^^ Iv considered this and thats why Im looking at going with the orions etc instead of a new scosche or jbl ampI'd just recommend looking on eBay for decent used amps. A quality used amp would be a better buy than a new budget amp.
There were systems back when SQ comps were based on 4 ohm power rating of an amp where there were 20+ speakers running off one 225. You won't have a front rear fader ability from your head unit, but wire the speakers in series and the amp won't break a sweat. It's made to run 8 pairs of 4 ohm speakers without having to resort to any creative wiring.True, no need for high end amps here anyway !!
