just like the title says... I"m thinking about getting one... something I can put 4

L7 15's (ported) in...

I'd love to see some pics too... (hell I'd even consider a 4door hatchback) but I really want to run 4 15's ported...

give me some ideas //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

thats a sweet ford taurus station wagon, been looking at one of those or a subaru... (nothing new something in the late 80's early 90's, like 94 and under)

netherland' what type of wagon, what about setup...??? details man DETAILS.... I need to have 16 cubes (4 15's X 4 cu.ft.) and I need to beable to see out the rear window... Also might trash the rear seats if room is an issue...

you called my station wagon "sweet." I love you man.

good luck finding one in good shape though. Every one I see nowadays looks like total crap and has faded paint everywhere. Except for my baby //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif .

I would recommend a early to mid 90s Honda Accord wagon. They actually drive pretty good, and good gas mileage. My grandma has one, let me go see how much space you would have with and without the rear seats in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Be right back,

Anthony

****, THANKS... I think the honda accord wagons are nice too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

subs would be aimed tword the roof of the wagon and ports facing either forward or rear.. (not really sure which is best)

lol ^^^ funny... it IS a nice station wagon... what's in it? how many subs??
Pioneer DEH-P3600 head unit

RE Comps powered by Crunch V-600, gains set for about 120 watts per side

2 Pioneer Premier 2000SPL's powered by a Viper1200.1, box tuned competition style, 1.75 cu.ft. per chamber @ 45hz. (but I want to build a lower tuned one)

4 guage wiring, and a cap that isnt hooked up

Custom amp rack. Good daily system.

Ill take some pics of my new amp rack sometime soon and let you guys check it out.

Thanks for asking!

my subs and ports are both facing upwards btw. I didnt notice much difference if I turned them toward the rear or front, however.

. oldmobile custom cruizer 89
dayum THATS a big azz station wagon... I currently have 2 10's in a bp (see sig) but my honda is too small... Wifey would keep the honda and I'd have the station wagon.

my set up is really loud BUT after 3 weeks I want/need louder... Only way for that is MORE subs and power... (i'm a bass junkie what can i say:naughty: )

how do you have your box set up??? subs up and port up ??? or something else?

Without blocking the rear window
With seat in around 17.8 cubic feet

Without seat in 37.9 cubic feet

thats the box going right to the window line?? are those seats removeable? (I'd be willing to take my seats out wether they are or are'nt)

What year honda wagon is that?

thanks swoosh

About 2 or 3 inches above the window line //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif to where the window starts to curve. You could make it higher and still be able to see out just fine.. I almost want to get one for myself now... lol

You're very welcome,

Anthony

BTW, It's a 92 I believe.

Edit: Here is one on ebay showing the same body style http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1992-HONDA-ACCORD-WAGON-FREE-SHIPPING_W0QQitemZ4570599036QQcategoryZ6254QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

As you can see if you remove the rear seat you get extra depth going down to the floor for even more airspace. I didn't account for the rear shock towers but they only take up a cube and a half or so each of space. Enough that they don't really matter with the amount of airspace you have.
