who can make plans for subs?

i want a ported box plan for two 10" subs they are kenwood excelon KFC-XW10002DVC

i want them to go behind my seats length is 4'8" height 15"-20" width at bottom 9"-10" width top 8"

also two ported box plans one for a 10"W7 and one for a 12"W7 same specs i want the sub to be sticking out between the seat s like this.http://mobile.jlaudio.com/gallery/detail.php?vehicle_id=769

so its three designs one ported for the two 10"s, one ported for the 10"W7, and one ported for the 12"W7
