Who can design a box for $$

I have 6 bux and i ned a box designed for my bl's. Its going to be my daily setup so these are the specs I need.

Height-14"

Depth-30"

Width-28"

I would like it to be tuned to around 32hz. I also need a double baffle since im not sure if im going to flush mount them or just keep them on the double baffle. Oh yeah, i want to use pvc not slot so whatever you guys can come up with. I think those diminsions should give me somewhere around 4 cubes
