once again an excuse, there a lots of whites that have it easer than me, I don't give a crap, I want to rise above, and I have to work harder than them to do it, is it fair? no, do I care, no. and it doesn't matter that I am white or black, male or female. the world doesn't give a shit. Realize that and move on. we live in the land of oppertunity, I lived in a different country, and there are not any other places in this world that allow a nobody to become a sombody like right here.

The thing is, there are just as many hard working blacks as hard working whites. But poor whites can advance easier than poor blacks, as a whole. The point is, this country forced these people into this position, and now refuses to recognize it. Nobody forced your ancestors to come here. Nobody enslaved your people, then turned them loose with no foundation to build on. Your rights were never denied to you. It has been only 43 years since the civil rights act was passed, and we've already come a long way. And it certainly didn't happen because of the kindness of white society. I just think we actually need to be fair if we are going to call ourselves fair, which we do.

i honestly couldn't tell you who invented what, im an engineer my job is to invent stuff not know who did.
and im not saying the welfare things because im programmed to be that way, i posted earlier i once sat in a coin laundrey and listened to 2 middle age black women talk about whos welfare check was bigger, one drover a BMW and the other drover a mercedes, im not programmed that way... i've seen it first hand

And do you really feel those 2 people make up my entire race or even half of it? My supervisor at work and the receptionist at my job are gay. There are maybe like 5 or 6 other whites there that are too. Does that mean that because those they are, half the white race are fegs? People are people. never group a whole race of people off of what you saw at a laundromat. If those two were about their business you would have never seen them. Sounds like you live in a pretty shitty neighborhood if you doing your laundry around blacks talking about welfare checks.

ill offer you a logical explantation, you said it was one of those ritzy places... most ritzy white people i know have never met a self made(legal) succesful black man so you were out of place

why was I out of place to her, because of the color of my skin. If I was white I still wouldnt be by my terms a succesful man, I was 21 then and am only 23 now. The only thing she knew about me was that I am black, thats it. How does that give her a right to give evil stares, as far as she was concerned I could have been anything from sports star to a up and coming actor, or a drug dealer.

Once again, you (unracist white people) cant see the forest because of the trees and I say unracist because the racist ones know what we go through, ask yourself this, why is it that most of the ritzy white people you know have never met a succesful black man, theres plenty of them out there. You dont have to look hard. My Dads one as well as his 8 other siblings, worked at GM in the factory. Has perfect credit, a house, had many new cars, raised 4 kids, 3 of which wernt his by blood, and is a law abiding citizen.

Maybe your ritzy people just tend to stay away from the "common folk", especially black ones because their idea of "succesful" includes a hedge fund, maids, private schools and is less based on taking care of business AND being happy.

I dont care if your rich as Bill Gates, if your not happy with your life and wont have most of the people you know at your funeral, your life = FAIL
