Who cares if there is a black history month, it doesn't effect any of us white people does it? So, just get over it before you have a bloody hernia

i am white first off. I am going to college right now. My dad always said "God helps those who help themselves". First off you can't be lazy. If a person of any race has tatoos all over there body, like forearms and neck and look like a loser, there not going to get a good job. If your pants sag at your interview for a good job, you won't get it. If you talk funny, when you can talk in a normal tounge, you'll be looked down upon.

What I am saying is no matter what race you are, if you're a freaking tool bag, you won't get shit. I think Obama has a couple good ideas (I voted McCain) but because he's black a lot of black people voted for him. Uneducated voters who probably didn't know what he stood for voted for him because he represented "Change". Either of the two canidates would be better than Bush and would get us out of where we are today.

For those who want to go to college, the government gives out all types of money if you ask for it. Everyone has a chance.

Get the f*^k over it, stop looking backwards and look to the future. You want to know why the Blacks keep hitting a brick wall, they are always looking backwards, and don't see the 10" tall masonary wall they are about to walk into.

I have never owned anyone much less a black person, for that matter neither has my father, nor my grand father, my greatgrandfather, hell for that matter his father ... How freaking long do you need to get up on your feet? Instead of learning how to speak like 50cent or Soljah boy (sp?) learn to annunciate correctly and use the power of the english language to prove to the world you are worth a ****.

why dont you do this then come back and comment, go to a inner city school and get a math, history or science book. then go to the suburbs and try to get that same book. Its more than likly not there, why???? They dont use them anymore.

Despite what you think there is a major curve that involves where you live, regardless of race that unless something is done about will never go away.

Tell me how a area of x square miles has with 100 taxpayers in it has less money for school books than another area of x square miles with 50 taxpayers.

You cant say the moneys not there in the inner city, how would businesses, drug dealers ect. get rich if it wasnt. I mean thats how the city became the city right, everyone moved to a area because the business was booming and it was safe. Then a few greedy people consume all the money and leave without putting back in the pot and expect everything to be alright. Its just being managed poorly.

Think about it, drug dealer/ business sucks everything out of the dumbasses that give him/it their lives, even from his/its stand point. Wouldnt it be a good idea to invest in the future by making sure the kids went to school and got a good education and stayed out of trouble so even at the worst when they grow up they become feinds/customers with money instead of little 12 year olds runnin around with guns tryin to rob you or kill you over a stupid corner full of bassheads.

You do realize that most blacks vote democrat right? It just so happens that the dem candidate was black so it got blown up. Had the republican candidate been black the increase in black voters would be more of one to pay attention to. The fact that 95% of like 13% of the country voted for Obama means nothing.

You're asking a dude that has probably never walked down a ghetto street to understand something he can't. He may actually believe that the education is the same. It's no use. A lot of people see the ignorance portrayed in their favorite bass track or on tv and they think that how all blacks are. It is why a lot of people believe that blacks make up the largest percentage of welfare recipients.

ill offer you a logical explantation, you said it was one of those ritzy places... most ritzy white people i know have never met a self made(legal) succesful black man so you were out of place

and you know whats really sad, the ritzy black people are the most left out people in this country, they still arnt good enough for alot of the (more so older but theres still young ones) ritzy white folks but they are to "uppitie" for the iggnorant black folks that want to hate on them because they are smart and got ahead useing "the white mans way", and their children will grow up thinking everythings peachy because naturally as a parent your going to want to keep situations like this away from your child and then when they run into a racist white person they might not even realize it and if they dont the other black people will make fun of or get mad at them like its their fault.

what are you, stupid??? if it wernt for white people putting up "White only restrooms, resturants, water etc". We would have never had the need for "black fashion shows, clubs and colleges.
You dont see white people holding these things because your white, and when it is one of these events and you walk in the room you dont get a unwanted feeling or notice that everyones staring at you.

I have walked into predominently black bars and been stared down until i left and heard the laughing of "that cracka was scared as a mutha ****a"...

 

I had tried to go to a master P show and left before i got in because i was being circled like a seal in a pool of great white sharks... No, of course you wouldn't understand that because you are black...

 

When i was not doing as well as i am now, I had a bad tooth and had to go to the welfare office to try and get this tooth removed or fixed...as soon as i got close to the door, a bunch of black guys were sayin " what you doin here wood" what up wood" need to get your *** out of here wood" Well i didn't get help from welfare because I was

1.) not a minority

2.) over 18

3.) under 65

 

I was told if i was a minority then i could be helped but since i was a white male I was shit out of luck so i had to pull a castaway and break my tooth with a screwdriver and a hammer and had to pull it out myself with a pair of pliers!!!!!

I could take you to a resturant right here in Ann Arbor called the Gandy Dancer (one of those ritzy "let me place your napkin on your lap sir, places) and I could 95% of the time be right that there isnt a single black customer in there, unless theres a graduation or prom going on somewhere in the area, but theres always black people working.

Maybe the homies would rather buy big rims that spin, or eat at KFC and buy a 40...maybe they don't like white people..Hell I have money and i don't go to those stuffy uptight places...Whats your point???

I went with my girl, her cousin and his girl and daughter and this lady is sitting there staring at me and her cousin (the dark ones) like what are we doing there, and I sat there and watched her the whole time she never looked at my girl or his girl or the daughter (black but lightskinned) but yet she knew I saw her starring at us and she continued to do so until I waved at her and asked if she wanted my water after I drank out of it.

Would you care to offer a logical explanation to her behavior, because for this to be a upscale resturant (bill for 4 adults and 1 child with no alchol was a tad over 200) she sure was acting like she had no home training

Bullsht, Im not saying Ive never been to the projects or anything but I grew up in the burbs, there was like 5 black kids (that got out the house anyway)in my whole neighborhood till I turned like 15. So if I can learn to understand and feel for something I didnt grow up in why cant he.

I used to think Affirmative action was unfair, now I think its unfair but necessary in order for Blacks to advance to get on the same level as White people.

Theres a big diffrence between the kid today that sags because its "cool" and the kid in the 60's-70's that sag'd because his belt was broke and his parents couldnt afford to keep up with his growth rate so they bought his clothes 3 sizes too big or he was wearing his older brothers clothes. I can go in my Dads photo album and find the same ugly *** red jacket on him and 2 of his brothers at diffrent stages of life, now kids throw away a white tee cause pop got spilled on it:crap:

Third, what exactly is a decent member of society supposed to dress like????? You cant define that because there are decent people from every clothing sytle, but you can define how they are supposed to act and we were not acting in a manor to attract ANY attention, none the less bad attention.

Well, i went with my black friends and they even said, dude you need to get out of here, so we left..I am a normal white guy who doesn't look like a thug or dress like one..The problem was i was the ONLY white guy there and they chased me and my buddies off for fun with their stares and gang signs and I left before I got beat down by a bunch of **** ******* racists!!! Yes black racists!!!!!!

 

I could have probably handled 2-3 of them without guns or knives, but not 4567 of them...I would have died

well there are appropriate forms of attire for different venues...Like wearing jeans and a polo shirt with a set of jordans on your feet to a upscale restaurant is cause for staring, if i would do that in an all white upscale place I would get stared at and I am a white guy!!!!

 

the appropriate attire would have been a suit or at the very least nice set of trousers that fit with a belt or suspenders, a long sleeve button down shirt that isn't wrinkly, a nice pair of leather dress shoes and a tie...Now if you are in a Denny's and you get that look, well then maybe you just ugly...LOL..J/K
