Which WIRE GOES WHERE! quick help, shory answer....

I am hooking up my pioneer 710bt. which wires should i connect???

deck wire:

orange w/ white that says "power light"

harness wires:

orange with white that says "dimmer"

orange wire that says "illuminator/light control"

deck wire:

blue with white stipe that says "remote" (i am connecting my remote wire to this).

harness wire:

solid blue that says "antenna power" (should i connect this to the remote wire as well?

you should only need a constant hot wire a switched wire and maybe an illuminatipon i believe

just leave the illumination wires alone. cap/tape them off.

connect remote to your amp turn on. depending on the car you might/might not need to tie in the antenna turn on with this. Doing so won't hurt anything regardless.
