Which will have more output spl wise

Kicker doesnt make a 15" Solo X... (10", 12", and 18")
so are you saying the solo x 15s would not get louder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Personally I wouldnt get either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.....you have a 2500d and these are your choices for a single sub setup? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

This is funny to hear people say CVR's over the Pioneer 3004's. The 3004's will spank the crap out of those cvrs. There is no contest, even if your comparing 12's to 15's. Do me a favor and get 4 of the 3004's and you will be thanking me later. I have heard both sets of speakers in many different installs. I would compare the 3004 series to the L7's and still take the 3004's. Great sounding subs.

A 15" Kicker Comp Vr runnin at rms 500 watts in a 3 cuft box or a Premier 3004spl runnin at it's Rms of 1000 watts in a 2.25 cuft box? Why am I camparing a 15 and 12?Simular in price.

did a little reasearch on the two, i already have a bad taste in my mouth for kicker. personally i hate everything they make. plus their website pisses me off. buy the pioneers.

Well since it seems like they will be just about equal,I suppose that both of the set ups would get the job done, right?Where wouldn't be difference in spl to the ear right?,thanks for all the opinions.

hate our website, so hate the brand entirely...focus'd opinion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

It'd be a close call. The CVR's have the cone area advantage. Those Pioneer 3004's are impressive subs though. I'd take the 4 12's but that's just me.

A little off topic but 1 vs 1, a 12" CVR would get spanked by a 3004SPL.
