ok i got 3 10" L7 D4s(the silver 2004 models i belive) running off a Hifonics 1605D at 2ohm right now and since i cant wire them to a .67ohm load im wondering if i wire just 2 of them to a 1ohm load and keep the third one in there as a filler for the hole will the 2 take the power from the amp?

the rating says 1600rms at 1ohm but alot of people have been telling me its over rated so im guessing it puts out about 1300-1400rms at 1ohm if that, so each sub would be getting about 650-700rms will they handle it without messing them up?

yea but with the 3rd one in there it will still be flexing and moving air i would think it should still be louder because there getting ALOT more power than just 300rms each you know

no i dont think so bc you have 3 subs getting 900 watts compared to 2 subs getting 1200 watts

you will have more cone area the sub not getting powered wont move any air it wont put out nothing

ok and also when i change songs the subs pop could this be my RCAs, Remote, or ground i checked them all and they look good iv never had a problem until i put this amp and HU in any help?

(yes i know wrong section but i dint fell like making a new thread to ask something im sure alot of people know)
