Which voltage reading can I trust?

Took these with the engine off and the key in the ACC on position.

My cheap, basic DMM vs an iequus innova plug-in battery/charger monitor...

Which is more reliable/accurate between the two?

that's a no brainer... the dmm.

anytime i hook up my car to charge it i allways hook up the dmm to see what the chargeing voltage is.
