Which Truck to Get?

Just saying I would rather build a truck that can go where I need it not some flashy thing from the factory... Just like I wouldn't buy a mustang with a performance package from the factory I would rather just build one and be faster and differnt then every other guy that just drove off the lot... There are soapy around here and they are pretty much useless for our type of environment (not that any of them ever see anything but mall parking lots) I would much rather have a dodge power wagon for around here...
the raptor was built as a prerunner not a rock crawler. it doesn't have the flex needed to climb up a 4ft wall and the wider track doesn't help it on narrow mountain passes. It was designed to go fast down rough beaten paths not cut its own. Out in the plains they work pretty great.

Ya that's why I don't really understand it I gues... A normal truck will go fast enough for your average person down a dirt road thy don't need any more excuse to go faster lol... It kinda defeats the purpose of having a truck too since it drops the load capacity

I am talking highway speeds or faster on roads that haven't been grated or are just washed out. Hit a pot hole that is a foot deep at highway speeds while drinking coffe or doing paper work without spilling or smudging your signature in a normal truck. You can in raptor.

I agree that alot the people that buy them will never use them to there potential but especially in the city. It is handy when curbs have all the influence of road stripes. You miss the turn you can turn or have a split parking lot and just jump it.

08 sierra denali.

Love the Denali trucks. My mom had a Yukon XL Denali and then replaced it with another new Yukon Denali. Gonna wait until I get back to Idaho to find a used truck. Dealers have way more selection of what I'm looking for up there. I woulda thought there would be more choices in SoCal since it seems like every other dude has a huge lifted truck.

You've clearly never ridden in a pre-runner, no matter how much shock you have, it's still bumpy as hell. And those Raptors don't have that much.
