And as far as appearance, I don't see why everyone has a chubby for the older XXX. They look good... but they're a common shape / design, nothing spectacular, unlike a lot of subs that've been posted in this thread thus far.

They have a lot of steel (top plate) and a nice sized double stacked mag. They are beefy as hell in person. Not quite a quad stacked mag with 2" slugs, but like I said, I think it's the massive top plate that gets peoples attention. (not that it makes it a better sub) Wish I still had mine...
