Which should i do? 1 arc or 2?

I'm waiting on the new Arc Ks900.6 to become available but i've yet to hear anything. i was going to bi-amp some components via the front 4 channels and bridge the rear to a couple subs. The other option is to just get 2 300.2's and run one to the comps and the other to the subs. i'm not sure on the pricing but i will have to re-wire my truck if i got the 2 amps instead of 1.
