i have the hifonics brutus 1000 watts and hadnt gave me any problems, had it about 1 years and it pounds my 2 PG Ti 10s SVC, and im only giving them 200 rms each

I believe the Zeus is the better one of the 4. But I still wouldnt touch any of them.

all of low level hifonics amps are the same thing... very overrated but good for the price

As chinny said the Generation XX line is their top of the line and is their only line I would every consider buyign from personally.

ok guys i just want to know why you don't like hifonics amps i myself know people who know they do what they say they so like the brutus 1600 will do 1600rms at 1ohm esaly and i have a friend who is running two brutus 1205 and they are on 4 12 l7 kickers at 2ohm per amp and two subs per amp it is raited at 1000 at 2ohm. O and don't give that bull about it being over raited because the orion 2500d is more over raited then the brutus's are and yes i know the do not put out the same rms show me some proff of it being over raited and i will take your word for it i want to see charts of caomparsin off of a computer on a o-scop so prove they are over raited.

i take it back the orion is not over rated it dose exsactly what it says it does but so dose the brutus i want proof that the brutus is over rated

havn't I seen a few birthsheets of the 1500D doing high 1200 watts somewhere?

I've also seen ones that do mid 1400's.

And I've seen ones that do right under 1500.

Seems to depend from amp to amp for some reason.

I've seen several benchmarks of 2500D's being underrated. If you care to argue goto Termpro where the real caraudio guru's hang and ask them you'll find all your facts you need. Not to say this forum isnt real just termpro is a bit more professional and go off true facts.
