Which is the better subwoofer?!

I want spl. Idc how nice it sounds, I just want it loud and rattling stuff inside and outside of the car

one good quality 10 will do that for you with a decent amp..i have a couple amps that may fit your budget, and out perform most newer amps also..What kind of vehicle you working with? vehicle air space plays a big roll,along with your stock electrial,to also save you from expensive upgrades for your budget?? im in rockwall area, and wouldnt/dont mind helping you on an install within a fair 2hr drive?Yet,do start by getting rid of your current equiptment if you can..i only recommend this to you,due to you sounding not happy/pleased with what you do have..its best to start over at that point in my opinion.Start prices of what youd like,and if you get no bites, then lower the prices/or just state the gear you have,and put best offer,and see who is willing to offer best price..you may see a poss $75,on the volf subs and box combo in the end,but..its better than letting it sit too????What vehicle you putting a system in??

A 99 mustang. I have sold my volf's and kicker amp, and should be selling my kenwood set tomorrow. I have a 400$ budget and just posted a thread on subwoofer dicussion thread. I sold the volfenhag subs, with a sealed particle wood box, and the kicker amp for 200$. I gave him 25$ off since he bought the whole setup. Should have a guy buying 2 12" kens and the 7204 amp for 135$. I can put another 100 bucks with that so hopefully I can get something better with 435+ bucks.

I sold the volfenhag subs, with a sealed particle wood box, and the kicker amp for 200$. I gave him 25$ off since he bought the whole setup. Should have a guy buying 2 12" kens and the 7204 amp for 135$. I can put another 100 bucks with that so hopefully I can get something better with 435+ bucks.

where you close to in tx/major town/city location?? What vehicle also,are you putting gear in???I have a sub or two/amps/power wiring/install gear..if you are not too far..i would not mind helping,and you can learn a little too/as i can as well..always something new with every vehicle

I'm in weatherford. Pretty much is Ft Worth. Long ways lol. 99 Ford Mustang. What's a gear, never heard of it. I have all the wiring hooked up what's the point of power wiring, is that bigger gauge that you'll need or want?

Zed made amps,/Hifonics viii series cyclops rated 100 watts,@4ohms,run in 2ohms, and expect to see 5-600, those kind of amps:naughty:

thats a bit of a drive, but not too bad,id prob stay over night and find a rm..i could do that one weekend..leave out on fri evening,hookup on sat,leave out on sat evening,maybe stick around till sun afternoon,get all the gear,may take most day to do,with a clen no show wiring install from the hu-power wiring/dr spkrs/amps?Did an 08 fofd xcab in approx7hrs by myself with dd hu,-sony,4-6x8 jbl,1-10 kole svc 400rms down fire sub(prefab probox,what he wanted)2 amps-1 hifonicsviii europia 4ch,and one hifonics viii cyclops on the sub,4ga power supply,with fused dist block 2way, and fresh speaker wiring, and that joker sounded pretty d amn good

Gear/equiptment/car audio...thats not too far man...mustang..you can put one ten/or a pair tens in there that will bang /shake that car pretty good..power wiring???your system is giong to be only as good as its source/supply for amplification..takes power to generate power.You get the sub/amp/box,and ill help you put it in..ill even bring stuff i think ill need extra....if you decide go with one of my amps,ill bring 3 or four or so,to play around with,for you to see difference in quality/power from your choices..majority of my amps are @2ohm stable,and 4ga supply wire is plenty big for amps i have for 600 watts..true wattage..not half,not some,but true rms power..i like/run 2ohms...im done with the 1ohm sceene. send me a pm,and ill give you my #,and i ll be more than happy to help you install your gear/equiptment,and help you save some money..rcas already in rear i assume?..we can throw sub/box,and wire the amp up in an hour tops if wiring/supply/rcas are already there..rest time is setting/making the adjustments on the amp/

First things first is to get the best/some of the best known equiptment,for your money..choices, and go from there..ya know..let everyone make/choose some recommendations for you,and see what best fits your budget/liking

let me recommend for the budget,see if others will do the same for you on your subwoofer section

Yea, i built and tuned my box, and i love it, for your budget you dont have to have a huge expensive sub, but you do need one that is decent something around 5-600 watt rms will do the job with the right amp, throw one or two 12s in a low tuned ported box back there and it will sound good, maybe not making other vehicles windows flex but it will be decent, like i said my truck is getting fairly loud and low on a cvr.
