Which is better 2 15's or 3 12's?

I'm looking at audiobahn right this second online and I'm thinking about these audiohahn 12's.. model #: high excursion AW1500 X 15.... there black and run on 4 ohms...magnet is 130oz. response is 18hz-500hz they clam it has 800w rated power, not peak power....Is this true? I'm thinking about getting three of em..93.9db sensitivity....they want $155 each...Is this a good deal? How much better would the Alum 15 X 15 be?

Its a 15 with 1100watts peak power.. What does dual 6 ohms mean....thats what it has...120oz magnet with 96..db sensitivity....its $199 each which is better? Should I get 2 15's or 3 12's? thank you
