i just decided that im going to fire up because most of my rattle comes from the rear hatch and the windsheild wiper....gonna just give up firing a whirl see what i come up with

the closer i get to the back of my trunk, the more it seems to fire back to me, i have a trunk car, not an suv

about and SUV- many people here will tell you output is greater firing back...but it all depends on the build as does everything else

mine is ifring up in my truck.. it sounds louder whe facing back in the trunk and up like in an SUV or Truck where the sub is in the same cab as u and not divided by a seat

i had the best luck with the sub facing into the corner of the trunk maybe 18" to 2' back (single sub) but so far it sounds best with my ear in the port.
