which car??

integra ls, b18 is a great block and can hit upwards of 300+ with good tuning on stock internals

awd dsm would be the best though, by far.. in your price range anyway

Do a mazda protege 5. They can be done up nice and cheap. My buddy of mine had the mazdaspeed one with the factory turbo on it and he put on a greddy complete exhaust system and some minor mods to the engiene. That thing purred. I had a 2002 protege 5 that was nice as well. They are good on gas as well.

Heres a nifty hint magick... every turbo has a blow off valve, either internal or external dump. Cheapest turbo car would be an AWD DSM, but I'd hate to see you bastardize such a fine vehicle.

Get a civic and drop a b16 into it.

Plymouth Sundances... Dodge Caravans

He wants the "swoosh" sound...

Get a gen 2 Mitzu Eclipse turbo 5 spd (you wont get the "swoosh" with an auto vehicle as much) and there you go. They are by now busted *** and cheeeeeep!

You will want a stiff style aftermarket blowoff valve. Stock ones are (i believe...) designed to be silient.

If I'm correct this is the same kid who wanted a BOV on a naturally aspirated Cavalier. (WOW! that was a first for me) Magick I know it's hard but don't follow the other lemmings off the cliff, do your own thing. It would be nice to see someone under the age of 25 who was an individual.

But (stepping off soapbox) if you want a turbo cheap and reliable go Mitsubishi.

LMAO!! Lemmings off a cliff, those retarded bastards use to ALWAYS follow each other off a cliff!!

Loved that game.........classics! These kids now a days don't know the roots.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Most Plymouth/Dodge 4 cyl engines were made my Mitsubishi, any turbo Plymouth or Dodge is going to (to the best of my knowledge) have a Mitzu engine.

Because A plymouth Lazer or a Talon is gonna be cheaper than a Mitzu Eclipse. Ususally.

Man one car I want so bad since it is so ugly but rather cool for its time is one of the older Dodge Turbo Shadows, Those things are cool cuz shadows **** so bad but having a turbo one woudl be neat.

Turbo Shadow Pride :p

but yeah i find it funny that you said "turbo to put a BOV on it" I suggest finding a smart car guy friend so he can teach you the force. I also find the term "suped up" to be funny It is like the guys that ar elike "Yeah man I can't wait to get a system installed"

i own a 91 mazda 626 LX, manual transmission, and although i wouldn't consider it an FAST car, it is very quick, quicker than a lot of cars you wouldn't think.

in 91 they also made a 626 Turbo, if you can find one i've only heard good things about them. If you can't find one, it's easy to find a 626, and the only difference between the 626 and 626 turbo is the turbo and anything directly related, so you could buy a turbo kit and have it installed.

but i would assume you are talking about newer cars, and i guess your choices depend on your definition of cheap. i would consider the neon SRT-4 cheap, but that's because i have the money for one.

i say **** a car, buy a suzuki GSX-R 1000
