which battery???

so heres the deal.. i can do 4 kinetik monsters or for 80 dollars more i can go with 8 kinetik 1800s... im running 2 mojo 4kws and i need to keep my voltage up.... what do yall think??

Go with the 8. By the monsters Im guessing the 2400s. In which case 2 1800> 1 2400 so multiply that by 4.

yeah thats my point of view too... but i have a friend here telling me the reserve on the 4 2400s is better than 8 1800s ... more batteries = better voltage is what i was thinking.. so anyones opinions on the subject would be appreciated

Its actually less by about 110Ah If u had 5 2400s it about equals 8 1800s

u still never stated that u would actually have 2-1800 up front and 4 monsters in the rear vs 2-1800 upfront and 6-1800 in the rear.... I say POWERMASTER FTW.

if that is true there shouldn't be any real question 4 2400's and 2 1800's upfront is obviously better than 2 1800s in front and only 6 in back...

where do you see a mention of six by the original poster?

You do know that batteries won't keep your voltage at 14.4 right? Only alternators will do that, but lots of batteries will at least keep it above 12 provided you have a good enough alternator to keep them charged.
