Which amp is better?

Hey i have a kicker solo x 18'' and i was wondering out of these two amps would be best to power it. Orion D5000 or the Hifonics Bxi2608d?

HA HA HA honestly, if your worried about power then why did you get a solo x 18???? if your worried about it then why question it?

hahah i know i know. Its just that it seems people i ask they have different views about it so why not ask a place where people actually know about sound systems.

the orion is going to pull more power to make power and be more efficient than the brutus. gotta have power to make power ya know

Well from experience, I have had a bxi2006d that I used for a good 2 years daily and it took a beating and I sold it for the same price I bought it for. Kept some electrical properly feeding it @ .5 ohms daily and it never broke a sweat. I personally like the Brutus line, but that's me. The older stuff was price/wattage worthy imo.

You picked the wrong sub if you worried about powering it. It's really with anything you do with your car whether it be to make it faster or louder you need supporting mods. You gotta pay to play..

That Brutus will be lucky to make 2300 watts. Orion all day if you have the electrical for it. If not get a different sub

I prefer the Orion over the Hifonics amp.It should deliver,and out perform.Of the two amps??IMO.. ORION without question
