I'm having a problem with my

AudioControl Overdrive (linedriver)

The 2 volt output

5 volt output

7.5 volt output

maximized output

Led lights do NOT light up when connected to my Alpine 9887 subwoofer preout.

Led lights DO work when hooked up to a direct input source such as iPod

Why is this? I'm thinking something is wrong with my preouts and i'm not getting enough voltage signal. If this is the case then how do i check the voltage of my rcas with a dmm exactly?

Is the sub level up on the HU, it needs to be on the alpines to make rated per out voltage.

Yes.

I should have mentioned that the LED's worked when I first installed the Overdrive 1-2 years ago but it was tucked away so I just noticed recently that they wouldn't light up. When i tested it outside the vehicle they work

My rca's obviously work but maybe not getting full voltage???

I can not get a reading from them with a DMM (set to AC volts)
